Pros
They do pay a decent to well rate.
Cons
They will try to steal your work and knowledge without giving you any credit... then turn around to try to write you up for not including the single email you sent at 6 pm that was not on your timesheet... even though the email only stated, "thank you!" This organization is full of mangers scamming lower level employees out of work and knowledge.... to then turn around an try to fire them. I literally had to hire a lawyer for being falsely accused of "unprofessional" behavior because I defended my Muslim employees from false accusations of fraud by others. "Professional" employees here will try to sabotage your work. If you look white... be ready for employees of color to trying to guilt trip you into doing their work and making smart remarks to "go have a baby". When you report retaliation or discrimination... be ready for HR to push you out yet protect those exercising the bad behavior. I did not learn anything working here... except the signs of a horrible working environment. Do not take the bait of a decent pay rate... to be scammed and discriminated against. If you do get the job... do not work from home or give them your vehicle make and model unless you would like to be harassed and have no one believe you when it is reported. I was physically hospitalized for a week due to my micromanaging Supervisor not letting me have a break for even 10 minutes with the constant video calls. I was literally working from my bathroom and still developed a UTI that turned into sepsis. I was mandated to leave the hospital for an in-person meeting and left the meeting early to go back to the hospital for another three days. When I returned to work I was written up for "poor body language" while attending the meeting I was mandated to be at.... as if I didn't have hospital records stating I was hospitalized for a week with sepsis. I was basically dying in front of "educated" epidemiologists... who should know what a person experiencing physical shock looks like. Yet, was written up for attending a meeting they caused and forced me to be at.
