Pros
None. I can honestly find nothing positive to say except maybe decent hours but as someone else said, you could earn more on benefits
Cons
1) pay is very poor 2) Taken on as a chef then told on my first day that I will be managing the site after my first day induction 3) management are awful, little to no catering experience, rude and extremely unprofessional. Lack management skills to retain staff 4) No incentive, all about profits... I realised this when I was told to count the chips that were put onto a child’s plate... menus are not as healthy as they like to make out!
