Pros
Above average pay for a retail position. The discount was 30%, on certain days it jumped to 50%. The gift boxes, baskets, towers... TRUFFLES!
Cons
Undertrained. I had very little product knowledge; I wasn't satisfied with the customer service I provided. Management was very unstable. Too many personal problems brought to work. In my opinion the merchandise was extremely overpriced.
