Discounts, not a lot of work Focus is truly on customers satisfaction

You have to do everything yourself - don't count on getting help from any of the "key holders" and managers are down your throat about your numbers with no real threats. Upper management would come to the store unannounced to be sneaky and try to catch you doing something wrong.
