      Super easy. Just answering phones and taking orders.

      When it gets slow your only option to entertain yourself is looking at the Harry & David website. There is literally nothing else to do.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
