Pros

Co workers are always helpful and understanding.

Cons

They change your job duties and cut your hours without notice. They outsourced all the calls so they let go of agents that had been there for years bcuz of low call volume. Yeah right! And because they did that the supervisors are taking all the calls. They got rid of a whole department without telling the agents that were in that department. The pay is crap as well. I took the job to be a supervisor not an agent that answers calls all freaking day! Then they try to woo us like we're idiots by saying "we appreciate you guys so much and you're doing an awesome job!" That's baloney! You never know what's going to happen at this job! The customers are unhappy because nothing gets delivered on time the fruit is rotten and they're sick of talking to overseas people they can't understand! I've never seen such corporate greed!! Also the lack of diversity on the call center level is disturbing

Pros

Remote! Easy to learn the job and was a quick interview process. Good support for information from supervisors

Cons

It is seasonal and the hours are based on the work demand at the time so hours are not the same day to day
