      Best pears in the business. Manufacturing and Production are dedicated to their jobs

      Too much uncertainty for job stability. Too many owners, bankruptcies, etc., has brought on fear.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
