      Pros

      - The staff is friendly (for the most part) and helpful most of the time. - You can gain some legal experience here. - There's a work/life balance.

      Cons

      - There is no room for growth so you get stuck doing the same tedious work over and over again. - The pay is extremely low. - They don't really promote and hire outside the firm a lot unless you're well liked by many and even then it seems like it's not much of a promotion.

      Pros

      The staff and attorneys are very kind and welcoming. Because of the small size of the firm, there is a family-like feel to the work environment.

      Cons

      Small firm and small resources means VERY small pay. All non-attorney staff are hourly and very few make more than 15-$18/hour, which is, unfortunately, not a livable wage here in Orange County. There is continually a poor distribution of the workload and quite a few employees end up doing the majority of the work while others are asked very little of.
