Everyone is really nice and collaborative. The company truly cares for their employees, in their actions (not just saying they care). It is an amazing company to work for, and people treat each other with respect. Employees are treated like adults and allowed to manage their workload and flex hours where needed.

As wonderful as Harvest is, the agency aspect means that varying personalities of clients are still a factor that can’t be controlled.

The culture here is unlike any other. They respect us as humans outside of work

I would say salary. Although it’s not that bad.
