Lost its focus - Anonymous Haskoning Employee Review

Lost its direction and re-structured so much that lots of good people left (by choice in addition to restructure). Unclear vision for the UK business and very Dutch (parent company) led. Some super people now departed for new horizons have shifted the culture from the great company it was. Work load changeable, employees often in between projects. Corporate teams not well valued or embedded.
