Pros

The employees are friendly and easy to get along with lots of socials wellbeing allowance available

they advertise hybrid working, but for audit i find i have to be in 5 days a week. There is lack of worklife balance with unrealistic budget hours expectations. Workload is pushed down to leads

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear your positive comments about our wellbeing allowance and quarterly socials, as these reflect our focus on supporting and connecting our teams. Salary reviews take place annually across the firm, with trainee reviews held every six months (in April and October) to align with their development milestones. We continually review our processes to ensure that experience and responsibility are recognised appropriately.
