Pros
Product ownership, department meetings, and work trips.
Cons
My onboarding experience at the company was challenging as there was minimal assistance from management. I found myself handling managerial tasks and supporting responsibilities independently. The lack of guidance was evident, as I was assigned various tasks without proper training or instructions, leading to a need to take ownership. Unfortunately, the team faced a setback when a senior member left for a competitor, leaving a void in leadership. Additionally, my line manager prioritized unrealistic targets rather than addressing essential aspects. Despite the company's considerable potential, constant changes in goals and strategies have hindered its progress, allowing competitors who started later to surpass them. I wish my colleagues the best, but these challenges highlight organizational incompetencies.
