I found that there were plenty of opportunities at Hat Trick and that people were happy to help you learn and develop.

Could be a little hectic at times, but lots of support.

The agency is ran by the most lovely team! They send work through flexibility & availability, fun & high class events to work at, competitive pay, always lovely people/fellow employees to work with. A very supportive environment in every way. I have worked here for 2 years & hope to continue for a very, very long time!

Out of busy seasons the work can get slightly less/ quieter.
