Pros

Benefits were decent. Had some great coworkers before everyone was cut.

Cons

The least transparent I've ever worked for. They had known for months that they'd be cutting several employees from a contract due to work drying up, but in some cases only gave those employees a 2-3 days notice before releasing them. Even worse, they notified them that they were being released via email (yes EMAIL) – they didn't even have the decency to give them a phone call. The reason they weren't giving advanced notice is because they were getting paid for each employee by the prime contractor (Cubic). So, if they told everyone their end dates in advance, and the employees started leaving, then Hatalom would loose out on loads of money.
