Pros

Fun environment, incredible support for new reps, and top-tier training—both at the start and ongoing. I first worked for Hattori Hanzo right before Covid-19 hit, and I absolutely loved the culture and the team. Unfortunately, the pandemic took me in a different direction. That said, I always spoke highly of Hanzo and the way the company was run. As fate would have it, the stars aligned, and I found myself with the opportunity to return to the Hanzo Nation. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to improve an already amazing company—but they’ve done it. Hanzo continues to evolve, finding new ways to help reps succeed. It’s a challenging career, but the kind where you never feel like you’re out on an island alone.

Pros

Management is always positive and encouraging. Team effort and involvement is a must, and every team member is helpful.

Cons

Hands on for a few days with a trainer would have helped me feel more confident in the field before starting position.

Pros

Honestly, such a great onboarding experience with Hanzo. From day one, everything felt super smooth, dynamic, and really well put together. The whole vibe is very rock & roll but still organized and dialed in. Everyone I interacted with was awesome—friendly, responsive, and genuinely stoked to help. It never felt stiff or corporate, just real people who care about what they’re doing and want you to succeed. Communication was clear, expectations made sense, and I felt supported the whole way through. If the onboarding is any indication, this is a company that knows what it’s doing and takes care of its people.

Cons

No cons at all, it does require a lot of travel and 50+ hours, if that’s your vibe, you will have a fantastic career!
