Honestly, such a great onboarding experience with Hanzo. From day one, everything felt super smooth, dynamic, and really well put together. The whole vibe is very rock & roll but still organized and dialed in.
Everyone I interacted with was awesome—friendly, responsive, and genuinely stoked to help. It never felt stiff or corporate, just real people who care about what they’re doing and want you to succeed.
Communication was clear, expectations made sense, and I felt supported the whole way through. If the onboarding is any indication, this is a company that knows what it’s doing and takes care of its people.
Cons
No cons at all, it does require a lot of travel and 50+ hours, if that’s your vibe, you will have a fantastic career!
