Options to work independently and/or as a team on certain projects. Ability to have multifaceted job roles including other aspects of business management/strategy.

Potentially too fast paced for some. Can be high pressure/longer hours towards project deadlines, as with any project based work. Managing external clients desires vs. internal business desires can be challenging sometimes.

A fantastic team to work with and now hierarchical feeling - everyone involved in all aspects of the business. Those in senior positions offer fantastic opportunities to help you develop your own career.
