Difficult to find a career path but they are supportive of personal goals, office environment is tight with little privacy, must find your own parking downtown, internal communication needs improvement.

Decent salary, work from home, good connections in the non-profit community.

Managers are hit or miss if they care about you or just themselves and promoting their own careers. The staff can be cliquey and it feels like high school, but that can be common with a very female dominant staff. Be ready to advocate for yourself and watch your back, as most people are only there to get ahead and will use you to do it.
