      Pros

      Very rewarding work. You actually get to see something grow and watch full life cycles of products and customers. Collaboration is amazing across the company even in a work from home environment. Very high expectations.

      Cons

      With recent changes to the company structure some individuals have been power grabbing and adding too much political nonsense to the mix. Expectations are confusing at times and product priorities are at times too customer focused leaving company unprepared to provide a whole product and/or service.

      Pros

      An excellent internship program that introduces you to a wealth of disciplines and engineering department functions. Prior to my onboarding, the CEO, John Serafini, called me to welcome me the team. This phone call was both a pleasant surprise, and conversation,

      Cons

      As it was the inaugural internship program year, the onboarding process was slow but I believe it has since improved. Unfortunately, this process cut into the internship time and the transition between different departments.
