Pros

The support staff are friendly. But they are used to being abused daily by the owner

Cons

The owner of the company is insecure and unstable.Which creates an atmosphere of fear and tension at all times. Michael Rosenberg is so insecure that he begged his staff to write positive ratings on Glassdoor for him. He's emotionally unstable and takes all of his frustration out on his employees. He will belittle and degrade his staff publicly and during company meetings. He's a cross between Satan and Donald Trump he is evil egotistical and exceptionally dim witted. He has no sense have consideration for the time and lives of the people who work for him. "Work life balance" means nothing to him as he has openly said to his staff "I want my company to always be on your minds" "I want your shower time". This man is insane!!!!

Pros

- One gets to work with an incredibly experienced and progress driven team. -The team really IS a team. -One gets the opportunity to work with and gain exposure to major accounts, not limited but including, Macy’s, TJ-Max, BJ’s, and countless other accounts -Good pay, especially for those in sales, and full benefits

Cons

- The industry is fast paced, pressurized, and strictly deadline based, it’s not for everyone.

Pros

Sadly, many who remain are either too demoralized to leave or have been conditioned to accept dysfunction as normal!

Cons

Having worked in the outerwear industry for years, I can say that this company is widely known for its toxic internal culture. Leadership, particularly the owner and the sales lady create a hostile work environment that fosters fear, not growth. Management behavior often crosses professional boundaries, and psychological safety is virtually nonexistent. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, and many of the employees who remain do so because they feel they have no other options. There’s little to no support, mentoring, or appreciation. only intimidation, blame shifting, and micromanagement. If you’re considering joining this company, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and speaking to former employees beforehand. You’ll hear the Word ‘Psycho’ more than once.
