Couldn't care less about their staff Terrible pay Over hire and give nearly no hours Don't listen to staff If you question how something is done or disagree with management even for safety concerns you will be punished by hours being cut Stupid kpis that involve you asking for charity even if you don't feel comfotable doing it Made to sell faulty products that the company knows have faults but would you have to pretend you have never seen a faulty one even though there is 20 out back that have been returned. Management don't trust their staff. Always spying on them.

Really busy for Christmas. Really dead after. You generally get a 4 hour contract meaning your hours get cut dramatically in quiet periods. You're expected to ask for charity donations with every customer which gets tedious.
