A lot of room for growth and opportunity to rise up and create better products and marketing/work

Lack of processes and structures in place to allow employees to thrive. There is a certain culture of "catch up to where we're going...or get lost" Went from hybrid to RTO mandate with very little warning (especially for parents who had already planned childcare for the school year)
