Pros
Hayneedle has a great culture. It's a positive place to work. The company is growing and it's an exciting time to work there. In years to come, I think people will look back at Hayneedle and wish they would've joined the team at this pivotal time.
Cons
I think the positives outweigh the negatives. I'm looking forward to seeing what changes take place to the benefits in coming months.
