      * Good benefits * Used to have a solid US senior management team

      * Company is up for sale * No job security since 2018 when UK management began its senior manager career assassinations of US staff. * Product is outdated and on the decline as car buying and ownership behaviors have changed.

      Pros

      Some bad decisions made by some of the directors, but on the whole a thriving company with a clear vision for the future.

      Cons

      A family owned company that has been recently sold, but still retains some of the best features of a the founder, John Haynes. Fair to staff, supportive and inclusive.
