      Head Case is a bustling work environment that’s always on the move. Lots of laughter with both co-workers and clients. It’s fun to have regulars come in who have a great sense of humor. I can only describe your typical day at Head Case as fun and fast-paced!

      Cons

      Work place drama every once in a while, but nothing that can’t be resolved swiftly.

      Pros

      I loved that the salon was dedicated to only using the highest quality products. Everything was either non-toxic or organic, or both. I hate it when salons go for the cheap stuff to try and cut corners and make more profit. Also, it brings in a higher quality customer that more than makes up for the cost of the products.

      Cons

      Keeping the salon clean. I hated cleaning – and still do.

      Micro managing to the ultimate degree, pay was not good with the sliding scale, negative leadership, not suited for seasoned stylists, terrible parking for employees and clients
