Pros

Clinicians are good but turnover is very high

Cons

Pressure to upcharge on patient billing because of unrealistic expectations from management that include ex- Amazon execs. Unattainable bonus structure. Empty time slots, late cancels and no shows are marked against you. Constantly changing expectations with low pay. Trying to make more part timers to reduce cost will maximizing profit. This is not a pro-patient or pro- clinician environment it is all business and profit first and foremost.

Pros

great culture, leadership is open to feedback and extremely understanding which is difficult to find in the industry. Lots of opportunities to learn, either with the team or on your own (hello professional growth reimbursement!). If you wanna truly grow, this is the place to be. Everyone is part of a team here. You won’t be called out for your mistakes, and you will be appreciated for everything that you contribute towards. The product is amazing as well, and you can truly see the difference you’re making in the construction industry.

Cons

Since it is a growing organisation, there are some pains associated with it. But then again, the leadership team is extremely open to feedback and suggestion, transparent and kind.

Pros

Coworkers are genuinely nice people A culture that respects women and has them in leadership positions. Compensation is pretty good at this stage for the startup Work remote from anywhere The tech stack isn't complicated, and it's a bit refreshing at times to see it isn't over engineered for the most part. It can be relaxing unless you're boxed into a stressful project (which can happen especially if you show competence).

Cons

Yelling, still a strategy. The problems of leadership remain from all prior glassdoor reviews. Cons also overall outweigh all pros. Stories of layoffs from the past surface up. The stories are all bad. If you join the company, ask them about the past. Low autonomy as an engineer, you at times get required to document things into needlessly granular detail. Seriously, if you've been at a team with a healthy culture, hard hard avoid. Your manager will never shield you, only blame you for their own mistakes. It's actually so backwards. People cannot seem to come together at this company and it's so so so frustrating. CTO will seem nice in the beginning. Once you're in the company, you'll see it's like being in a bad date where you're too afraid to leave. He won't change. His behavior has led to the direct firing and resignation from many engineers before you. Your manager won't shield you, because the rest of the management chain is simply afraid to lose their job too. People do not trust engineers at this company. If you enjoy working in Agile, this is anti-agile. There are too many managers, not enough builders. Meetings also suck and are frequent, so they frequently suck. Skip this company if you get an offer. Use it as a counter-offer for another company if you can. Did you hear that? You'll be the one paying in health if you join this company. And you will regret it.
