      Pros

      You’re empowered. You are responsible for making your own calls. You are trusted. Such basic things, one may say. Such basic things should be a given in ANY company. But aren’t. Really glad they are a reality at Headstart. The people here, are extremely capable. Impressed with everyone's pro-active attitude.

      Cons

      Being an early-stage startup doesn’t allow us to have all the shiny benefits you may get in bigger Corps. So, if you’re after that, HS may not be for you.

      Some of the best reasons to be working at head start is the communication and the ability to grow in this working environment.
