Pros
- The colleagues at Headstorm has to be one of the most welcoming and kind groups I have ever seen. All management is very open and work in the same space as you so easy access and questions. A lot of good growth and friendly conversations regarding work. Weekly Presentations over passions and projects is also cool.
- The Clients are very rewarding to work with, the projects are estimated well and the work is clearly defined.
-Transparency is always on display, there has been some tough decisions Headstorm has had to make for a slow down in the consulting industry and ag. The CEO often does chats with the whole company and will very thoroughly explain what went wrong, what's going right, and the pipeline. Often times taking full accountability.
-This is a self leading role. There's a ton of opportunity here and you can really insert yourself in the mix, with that there's not a lot of handholding and you get what you put in to the position.
-Lastly, They pay on the upper side of the average for the positions.
Cons
As aforementioned, not an Headstorm issue, but the consulting industry is slowed down as a whole.
There's a lot of pivoting and changes, which is normal in a smaller consulting firm. If looking for a role that's standardized, Headstorm today may not be the place for you
