The CEO often does chats with the whole company and will very thoroughly explain what went wrong, what's going right, and the pipeline. Often times taking full accountability. -This is a self leading role. There's a ton of opportunity here and you can really insert yourself in the mix, with that there's not a lot of handholding and you get what you put in to the position. -Lastly, They pay on the upper side of the average for the positions.

As aforementioned, not an Headstorm issue, but the consulting industry is slowed down as a whole. There's a lot of pivoting and changes, which is normal in a smaller consulting firm. If looking for a role that's standardized, Headstorm today may not be the place for you
