Pros
Staff are really well looked after and you are given a lot of freedom to manage your own workload. Mark is a really good boss and all the team are lovely, it's like a family. Also both offices are in great locations, Leeds for its central position and Saltaire for its beauty.
Cons
Different to most recruitment companies in as much as there are very few targets and little pressure. This could be a plus, depending on how you work best.
