Pros

The hotels was nice. Expenses was good...

Cons

Do not accept employment from this job... They make you work off the clock and do not pay you a dime of overtime for certain off the clock work.. They wanted me to travel thru a Serious Hurricane when i declined they gave me so much issues. They dont care they give fake positivity... I had to file a claim with the Dept of labor to help with getting my overtime.. They book travel and sometime there cards decline at the time of check in and you have to pay for a day or a rental and they will fix it when they should already have it fixed ... They didnt want to pay for my hotel in DC so the day I arrived I was lost no place to stay I had to give them issues to pay for it eventually ... My manager did not listen to me at times.. The average appointments Is 9 they loaded my calendar for 15 appointments and did not wanna pay me for overtime some days I was out till 9pm... If you think this job Is a scam it is.. Too Good to be true... You will be driving over an hour to appointments... They headquarters is Fake very fake... If you accept this job trust me you will regret it ...

Pros

There are countless of pros on my list regarding HealPros. Firstly, this job is the best job I've ever had because of how supportive and accommodating they have been to me since the moment I got here. Secondly, the values of this company- Value People, Keep Learning, and Change Lives- are put into practice every day. They show their appreciation for their employees by giving us fun company outings/events, having delicious treats in the office once a month to celebrate their employees birthdays/milestones, and giving employees the acknowledgement they deserve. This company is not afraid of facing challenges, especially when it can lead to growth and more opportunities for this company as a whole. Thirdly, we keep our members at the focal point of our mission. The motto of "One More Member" is to remind us what this job is all about- helping people get the healthcare they need in a way that is convenient for them. I can honestly say that we love to serve people and it shows in our attitude, approach, and attentiveness.

Cons

There are no known cons for me. However, if a person is inflexible and not able to adapt then I can see how frustrating this job could be.
