We do not accept undermining behaviour or a culture where people feel they need to “fit in” to be heard. Ideas and challenge are welcomed from everyone. If that is not your experience, we need to address it.
As part of our transformation programme, we are reviewing how we communicate change projects and how managers share decisions day to day. Clearer updates and stronger accountability for values-led leadership are part of this work.
