One of our values is a commitment to transparency, which is double-edged. I love how all team members are listened to no matter what they have to say. On the flip side, at times it feels like we are paying disproportionate attention to outlying negative opinions. For example, there have recently been complaints that our approach to equity and inclusion is too aggressive. I don't understand these complaints given that we know we have more to do in those areas, and we are indeed trying to do more.
Also, Health Catalyst has a LOT of products and services, and it's getting confusing for me as a team member to remember what all these are and what problems they are supposed to solve. I appreciate recent steps to reposition our products in a more customer-centric way, which I hope will help.
