I want to acknowledge your concerns about increasing role responsibilities without corresponding compensation. We recognize that as roles evolve, it’s essential for team members to feel valued and fairly compensated. We continue to benchmark our compensation and benefits annually and strive to offer competitive pay. As part of this commitment, we provided an above-market 5% base salary increase for core team members in late 2024, and we remain dedicated to making progress toward our goal of paying above-market for core roles.
Beyond compensation, we are also committed to fostering growth and career development. We have prioritized internal promotions, with nearly 900 team member advancements over the past 3.5 years, and we continue to invest in professional development opportunities. While we may not always get everything right, we are dedicated to continuous improvement and ensuring our team members feel recognized and supported.
