It’s encouraging to know that you’ve experienced meaningful support from leadership—particularly in areas such as transparency, accessibility, and flexibility. At the same time, I would like to acknowledge the concerns you raised regarding organizational direction, alignment, and growth. These are critical areas of focus, and your perspective is both valued and heard.
Leadership remains committed to providing greater clarity and consistency across the organization, and I hope you’ll join us at the upcoming All Team Member meeting. I’ll be sharing more about our goals for the coming period, including the stretch goals we’ve set that reflect feedback from team members and other key stakeholders. We want every team member to feel connected to where we are now and to where we’re going—and to see how your feedback shapes that journey.
We’ll also be providing an update on benefits and related planning as part of our long-term strategy. These conversations are ongoing, and your input is helping to guide our path forward.
