Pros
Working remotely and having every other Friday off . Holiday paid shutdown.
Cons
Everything is very outdated . Their processes are old and outdated. Nobody wants to contribute because they won’t be heard or they’re scared. Nobody talks during the staff meetings. It’s constantly awkward. You’ll probably never get to know your coworkers but they all know each other very well and you’d boss will talk about their vacations they take around the world while you barely make a paycheck.
