Not only does this give the organization access to an alternative labor pool, but it also allows us to better service our clientele from the Central Timezone. For better or worse, the employee journey within a start-up can be full of many starts and stops, adds and take-aways, and changes in operations procedures. For many, satisfaction is derived from the journey but we increasingly realize that this environment is not for everyone. As such, we are aggressively monitoring data from and adapting, our cultural selection process to ensure an alignment that fosters employee satisfaction and engagement. Your advice is spot on and we have invested in additional trainers to keep pace with our scaling efforts.
