Pros
The trainers and coaches are very friendly and competent. The Computer set up and software for sales is the best I have seen from any company. They have proprietary software that is awesome for speeding up needs analysis and serving the client quickly. Seems far and away like a superior company to any other company that I have worked for.
Cons
If you are new, you may be forced to do outbound calls even when they have hired you for inbound only. This is a "experiment" but may change or remain. Who knows.
