Small Company feel The pay was good Flexible work schedule

The owner cannot be trusted. She'll let you go without a reason or make up things you did incorrectly. She'll smile in our face one day, see something she doesn't like (don't address it) then turn cold and let you go the next day without notice. Not worth your time and energy to work here with the so much uncertainty. The owner also talked negatively against other employees.
