      Healthcare workers have to work longer than average work time. Working more than 12 hours a day can be strenuous.

      Able to own my work and be independent. Constantly able to learn in my own way. Very hands-off but supportive when it counts.

      Can feel like you are on an island at times.

      Great remote work first culture is excellent.

      Not as much engaged leadership for my team at least. I was very much so on my own for the most part.
