      in healthPRIME I think the best thing is hiring process is very good like HR is behaving very professional and very kind specially ‘Priti’ and As per me I think work environment is also very good and I have seen transparency between user level and manager or director.

      Cons

      From my joining to till now I didn’t see any downside.

      Able to own my work and be independent. Constantly able to learn in my own way. Very hands-off but supportive when it counts.

      Can feel like you are on an island at times.

      Great remote work first culture is excellent.

      Not as much engaged leadership for my team at least. I was very much so on my own for the most part.
