they pay a bit more that most of the business here ,they are one of the few that stills offer wfh
Cons
they tend to overload employees with requests too big for the established groups , they deny hiring more people to help with the load ,some of the current managers and leads are not well trained for the responsabilities ,the office space is lacking human connection, no open career paths
