Pros
My coworkers (as in, most of my fellow analysts) were absolutely fantastic. The location also isn't that bad.
Cons
As far as my projects go, while I was there the pursuit of data quality dropped off drastically, to the point where there was no standard protocol for quality control. I also was not allowed any communication with my client. There were also no opportunities for publications or presentations despite being told during my interview that there would be. As far as management, I felt overwhelmingly disrespected and disregarded as an employee, despite the fact that my job performance was never subpar. They also changed policies for no reasons and often without communicating it to employees until we were already in violation of them. They also constantly told us that they had "open door policies" regarding complaints, but really there is no HR department there to voice complaints to, and because the company is so small, I felt like I couldn't voice my concerns for fear of repercussions. I also felt like I had no opportunities for advancement in the company or in my career.
