Pros

Not much to say for pros. It got me out of the house?? Patients are mainly in one facility so being able to be close to patients was nice, but not crucial. Very minimal pros to working for this company.

Cons

NO support. NO training. Corporate gives lip service about how they will do "better" and give "support" and ZERO action. Felt I was fed lies and false promises. EXTREMELY disorganized. Personnel files go missing. Be VERY cautious (and by cautious I mean DON'T) give this company your personal information. They WILL loose it.

Pros

Good base salary but not worth your reputation

Cons

They have no clue what they’re doing. There is no marketing material, no support, little to no communication. I was part of thesecond team they fired within a few months. They will give you no ramp up time. They want Medicare sales in large numbers immediately when they have no reputation or brand in your area.
