Small close knit team so you get a lot more experience in a variety of techniques as opposed to larger labs where you might only specialize in one aspect

Company is still growing so changes happen frequently

This company is nothing short of pathetic and uninclusive. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and unrealistic. The CEO expect you to work like employees in Taiwan and work long hours and not take lunches or breaks “for advancement in the company”. CEO claims there is advancement in the company when in reality it is set to go under at anytime. Constantly breaking regulations and try hiding it. Company allows for SELECT employees to work from home or even overseas while on vacation. If you don’t fit the description of the SELECT employees you do not have the luxury of doing so and are not allowed because COVID times ended. Also SELECT employees can come and go as they please and AGAIN if you don’t fit the description of SELECT you are constantly being watched and monitored. Company is full of indolent people some of which go missing for hours only to be found sleeping in their cars. Upper management is VERY nosy and expect one department to do the work of all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this joke of a company.
