Pros

Hybrid schedule and bagel day monthly

Cons

Took this role in the hopes to stretch and work a different aspect of clinical education. There were several red flags while going through the interview process, which I discounted. However, they were all real. The leader would rather criticize and insult you rather then develop and coach you, has no problem ridiculing you in front of the entire organization. Micromanages everyone and has frequent arguments with team members on the daily 5 pm huddle call where every single day everyone has to explain what they are doing as there is no trusts. No transparency to the CEOs plans on how to grown the organization but yet wants everyone to act as if they have skin in the game. When leadership feels you are not working optimally they will force you to send daily emails explaining what you spend your time doing. If there is any does feedback sent back- you better answer it 1st thing or you will be criticized for that. The CEO micromanages everything and then complains there is no time to complete work. Leadership expects everyone to work 7 days a week and at all times of the day. My advice is you can do better then working here.
