Pros

The culture at HealthEquity is really great. They generally look after their team members and will make decisions based to their team members even if that makes them less profitable.

Cons

The company is growing so fast that there are many growing pains.

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. The HealthEquity culture is definitely something special. We're glad you've seen that culture in action. Even a strong culture doesn't make a company immune from growing pains, but hopefully it can make those growing pains a little more tolerable for our teammates. As you recognize those growing pains, please reach out to the People Team and your leadership with any feedback or suggestions of how we can best support you and your fellow teammates. Thanks again for your honest review!

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
