This place is completely unorganized. They have one person who makes some of the biggest decisions for the employees and she is very biased and cruel for no reason. They say it's not a sales position and not to worry but they hassle you all day to hassle clients to try to force them to go to an appointment on a bus. No one wants to go, they don't answer their phones and you may just get cursed out. It's not even the job, it's the company that's the WORST! the place is really tiny and in a horrible location for a call center. They also DO NOT have parking for their own employees! That has to be one of the dumbest and most inconvenient things. The parking for employees is at a church that is almost a ten minute drive away. Smh. They also have a horrible retention rate for their employees. You do NOT want to work there.
