      Solid coworkers Decent PTO accumulation Make your own schedule

      Cons

      No 401K Match Taking time off is very difficult No paid holidays/1.5x on holidays (I.E. Memorial Day is literally Monday, no extra financial benefit) Health insurance and dental insurance isn't the worst, but is not the best Good luck on getting a raise High productivity standards

      I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

      Cons

      Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
