      Small company, with specialized billing services. Takes on clients that they have the experience and know how to resolve RCM.

      Cons

      Small company that can not sustain staff when 1 client transitions out. Little opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      Everyone was so welcoming and professional! The training at HealthPro is top notch. They support you with continuing education, books, and peer reviews. It feels like a family! They offer flexible hours, and have a great PTO accrual system. My manager always communicated with me. I never felt left out of the loop. HealthPro even offers company swag.

      Cons

      None really. The only drawback was the insurance. However, this might be different now.
