I loved my positions at HealthSource RI. I loved the individuals I worked with as a team. Enjoyed speaking with political offices to get customers issues solved in an appropriate amount of time. The customers would look forward to speaking directly with me because I earned their trust.
Cons
Had to go by rules of following a printed conversation. Having to take breaks when told or your points would go down.
I had nice coworkers and some of the supervisors were nice.
Cons
I was not a fan of the call system we had to use, work policies were constantly changing, they have a very high turn over rate, and it is difficult to disenroll from the employee insurance so do not enroll unless you really need it.
